A native of Eastern North Carolina, Jackson has a lifelong love for the coast. She spent every summer of her childhood exploring the Outer Banks — from the quiet charm of Ocracoke Island to the wild dunes of Penny’s Hill in Carova. In 1988, she turned that passion into a profession, making the Outer Banks her permanent home and launching a career in real estate that has spanned nearly four decades.

 

Throughout her career, Jackson has earned a reputation as a top-producing broker, consistently recognized for her sound judgment, market expertise, and leadership. Known for her calm, strategic approach and deep understanding of the local market, she has guided hundreds of clients through successful transactions — whether buying, selling, or investing in the Outer Banks.

 

Her career began in general brokerage before she moved into development sales, spending over a decade at The Currituck Club in Corolla. There, she played a key role in shaping one of the area’s premier coastal communities. She later joined a local firm, where she expanded her offerings and continued to build a loyal base of repeat and referral clients.

 

Today, she proudly represents buyers and sellers as part of Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty, combining her local insight with the global reach and prestige of the brand.
